Hamilton & Associates LLC is a growing recruiting firm specializing in
the restaurant industry. Our philosophy is not to work as "head
hunters" but to be very selective in whom we recruit for. We target our
services towards growing companies while also offering opportunity and
personal development for our candidates.
All of our recruiters are previous restaurant
operators who have excelled in operations. We take pride in doing all of our
first interviews within the same guidelines of our client company, and we
spend hours with a candidate before we present them as a prospective
candidate. We also perform reference checks, and only present candidates that
we would consider hiring ourselves.
Our corporate philosophy is to work hand in hand
with our clients recruiting departments so that we work as efficiently as
possible. We like to consider ourselves partners with our client company, as
an extension of their HR team.
We are a well established company that is in it for
the long haul, and our goal is to find solid opportunities for our
candidates, and long term management hires for our clients. We guarantee all
of our placements and have a long standing reputation for finding the best!
We have been successfully doing business in the
south east for over 10 years with 55 years of combined experience in the
industry. Our goal over the next 5 years is to be a nationwide company.
Our specialty is placing Chefs, Exec Chefs, Sous Chefs, Sushi Chefs, Assistant Managers, Bar
Managers, Kitchen Managers, General Managers, Managing Partners, Banquet coordinators, Catering/Marketing Managers in the
casual and upper casual arena. We also place HR positions, Area Managers,
Regional Managers, Vice Presidents, and many other corporate positions with
our clients.
Beginning in 2007 we have now added a new resource
for out clients. We can help expand your company! For companies wishing to sell
franchises or to sell license agreements, we can find qualified
partner/operators to help you expand your business!
